If you park in the municipal parking lot close to the post office you can walk in through the side entrance and pay nothing. Otherwise you need a yearly TOB beach pass for the summer season.

You do not have to pay If you park at the beginning of the lot by the tracks , move u enter the lot u make a left go all the way to the end park then u cross the railroad tracks walk in and u dont pay. If u drive thru and go thru train tracks theres a booth once u enter u have to pay 20.00 . I was there 3wks ago and u been going there since 80's If u go early enough u can enter thru the back entrance which is once u enter the lot and u park right there once u enter and walk a little as the have fence now barricading the tracks that's the back way u dont pay if u r there by 8 if u get after 830 9am there may b a guard asking for town oyster bay pass and u would have to pay.
