Documents they provide as part of the $196 court fee are not accepted by other agencies because they photocopy the seal of the court, which other government departments consider invalid and don't accept. Getting valid documents with the real, embossed court seal requires another trip to the courthouse and will cost you $5 each. A true inefficient bureaucracy.

The Guardianship Facilitator is 100% professional and so very helpful for a walkin! The other clerk, however was a little chatty and flirty with a guy that came in. While I was sitting filling out paperwork I got to hear this guy's entire life and divorce/custody story...although, in all the clerks are far more friendly than at the King county District courthouses! Maybe I'm just not used to hearing them listen and Care lol 😊

I'd ask the county clerk on the third floor, maybe fourth. They can at least lead you in the right direction.

Depends on whose warrant it is. The City has a special calendar for quashing warrants. Other courts have different procedures.
Superior Court clerk issues it when a probate is opened.
You should call the Auditors office, and ask for the Recording division. They should be able to help you.
I would call the Small Claims office in the Courthouse and ask them, it is likely that every legal situation will vary slightly depending on the circumstances.
