good hotel, great staff. there is both free breakfast and a cafe you can pay for. the elevator was located in a very strange location so you had to walk to the very back edge of the hotel to get up and down and I was never able to locate the stairwell, this could potentially be because there was construction going on while I was visiting but it seems like an oversight to put the elevators at the furthest point from the lobby

We stayed for 2 nights so we could go to Kings Island. We had a little issue with our key at first but it was taken care of quickly by Betsy. She was dealing with one of those "feels like a full moon even though it isn't" nights where everything seemed to be fighting her but she handled it with grace and a smile. The room was clean and nice. I loved having a balcony because it helped the 4 of us not feel cramped and the room never got stuffy. The foldout couch bed was surprisingly comfortable, I let my husband and kids sleep in the king bed and I slept as well on the pullout as I do at home. The bistro staff was great both in the morning and evening, there are plenty of good breakfast options from fruit and muffins to made-to-order eggs or french toast. We didn't eat there in the evening but they made good cocktails. No room service, however there are loads of nearby restaurants that deliver via Door Dash, etc and the lobby has a little 24-hour market with snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will likely stay again if we go back to Blue Ash.

The room here was wonderful, and most of the staff was great. However, there's not too much nearby, so you'll need to either drive or order in if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

Stay was exceptional. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. The hotel overall was extremely neat. Will definitely return to this hotel when I come back home to visit!
