We stayed here for a night. While visiting Cincinnati. The hotel staff was pleasant, the room was clean and well maintained. The pool was decent size and was very clean. The breakfast had good selections. Overall very good hotel with good service.

Room was ok but the pool was down. When we asked we were told a bunch of people used it yesterday so it was being cleaned. Well we paid for today same as they paid for yesterday but we don't have access to the same admitities. Wish we knew prior because we most definitely would have selected a different hotel. The pool should be cleaned during the hours that the pool is closed. Now we are stuck here with nothing to do for the evening. What a waste.

This is an amazing hotel. Being a travel nurse I needed humble time and good bed to sleep after my night shift and I found extra ordinary place in holiday inn hotel at blue ash. The staff are respectful, humble, and ready to help all the time. The management is super sweet. They ha ve made my stay in Cincinnati wonderful and fun. I will surely miss the staff after My contract is complete. They deserve a π

3 couples including myself stayed 2 nights at this location. Upon arrival the mood in the air was staunch , by observation learned there had been a riff between employees, it aftereffect still hanging. The lobby floors were muddy and trash bag in floor by elevator on 3rd floor. Mops in corners, brooms here and there random. The manager and staff with ( exception of the 2 that were cleaning rooms) were very rude lacking PR skills to say the least. The second day, the coffee was empty, I informed and said they would get some made. After 15 minutes waiting I went to door of kitchen to ask if was soon to come out. The employee looked as me with much disgust and angry face loudly blurted out β itβs comingβ. I said you need to not be getting angry for a simple question! She then used different tone. This was last straw for me of enduring the negative attitude of this facility , and I spoke out to both kitchen staff and went to manager also and told Mgr they greatly need to work on the friendliness to customers, respect the customers that give respect. I personally retired from retail and social work and always treated my customers kind and respectful. I expect the same in return. This is first time in 40 years I have stayed at a Holiday Inn that was ran so unprofessionally. On the positive note, the rooms were very clean, beds were great. Iβm sending this to inform Corp that to assure return customers they need a corrective action plan setup. I certainly will not return to this location.

I dont believe Holiday Inn offers discounted weekly rates except for businesses.
