I was told someone would call me back and never heard anything back. It has been about a month and a half now. They even came out to spray my neighbor's place a few days later, which was why I called to get on the schedule originally; our property has boarding wetlands. The female who I spoke to initially was very condescending and rude.

Yes, they do offer free pick up for old tires holding water. You can fill out a form on their website located under the resources tab and then click report mosquito problems. Their website is mmcd.org.
