Walked into this location and order a bearing that needed to be shipped. I needed it quickly so I paid for 2 day Air. They did not ship the bearing until 4 days later. They refused to credit my card the $45 2 day shipping. fee. Also Very Incompetent people working at the front desk. Took 3 people to find the bearing.

They no longer accept cash or public sales how un~American is that they all so directed me to go Amazon and get cheap Chinese bearing I went to them to get a quality American made bearing so I wouldn't have to wait for delivery I will NEVER go back to them again............... I will never direct any of my friends their either
