Cannot meet due dates no matter how critical, and about impossible to get anyone on the phone or to return a call who can give answers. Expect 3-4 weeks from these guys.

Has Cooperative Plating talked with MN Technical Assistance Program about how to use alternative chemicals rather than TCE which is so toxic? I know there are alternatives out there and there is legislation trying to ban it in MN.
