The rooms are smelly and the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING from the other apartments. Communication with staff were always difficult, that is when they would respond. Several times we received mystery charges that we had to dispute. The stairways are stained with garbage. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with renting.

I have had a great experience at Altitude. Tatiana in the office is great and always helpful. I haven't had to request maintenance or visit the office much, but if I do, assistance is prompt and professional.

The first year was ok, this second year is not going so well. I have been without proper AC for over a month now. Maintenance keeps coming to look at it. They keep telling why it's working, but I don't care why its not working. I need someone to fix it so it works properly. They only put a band aid on it and it works for 5 minutes and then nothing. My apartment has been 88 degrees for over week now. I live here and work from home. This is completely unacceptable. I am actively looking to move, after I thought I would be here for the next few years. The rent is too expensive for such bad service. Its not worth the headaches and being uncomfortable.

I truly love living at The Altitude at Blue Ash. I moved here in 2011 thinking I would stay here for a year; however, each year I have enjoyed living here even more because my apartment is lovely because it is open, spacious, bright, safe, quiet, and just plain wonderful. The community is quite diverse and it is very convenient for all kinds of great shopping, dining, professional services, etc. We can walk to many places which is quite nice, like the Library, Post Office, Walgreen's, etc. The Blue Ash YMCA is one of the best for all ages.
