I have been going to the Smith pharmacy for over 8 years now for 8 years now and my recent experience and my recent experience was by far the absolute worst the pharmacy tech "SHIRLEY" was so disrespectful to my mother while turning in a prescription from my surgeon. Never in 8 years have I seen anyone from this Pharmacy treatment a customer with such disrespect or tell a customer that they should try a different pharmacy or see would personally see to it that they would be put down as low priority and have to wait 2 hours for 1 prescription to be filled. I am appalled that this Pharmacy team allows such a disrespectful tech to treat there customers with such poor professionalism and for that tech to have have the nerve to suggest going somewhere else after 8 years of service is shocking . I hope whoever takes the ti.e to read this will take it to heart and take your business elsewhere and to a team that will not only respect you but treat with with common courtesy. I will be taking my business elsewhere and if anyone else has had similar problems I suggest the se for you there is absolutely no reason for a tech to treat customers with such a poor attitude and disrespect

The pharmacy staff are very rude and condescending here. They talk down to you and are incredibly pedantic. They don’t refill prescriptions on time and their text alerts very seldom get sent out. I would recommend using the Walgreens that is in the same parking lot or the CVS across the street.

Great Pharmacy. Worth it for the fuel points especially. Have talked to several pharmacists and always treated me well. The nice female (I don't remember her name but the other pharmacist is a male.) pharmacist helped me with my screwy insurance. They wouldn't pay for what the doctor had written but she worked it though and got it changed so the insurance would cover it. My last script was at a very busy time. Received a flu shot even though it was busy but did not wait excessively. They had 3 techs up front and the pharmacist on that evening was amazing. He was filling scripts, answering patient inquiries, helping with systems issues and was pleasant and friendly to all, including the techs. Gave me my flu shot and apologized for the wait, which was not bad at all. As with most pharmacies in the area there are really busy times. Plan accordingly. On this review page it has traffic for different times of day. Try to avoid the busy times.

Read reviews and was dreading going to this pharmacy. Partly true on the reviews regarding insurance billing. We dropped off script they said would be ready in 30-40 minutes. We came back in an hour. Our first time filling with Smith's. Girl who took our script and insurance paperwork apparently did nothing with it so medication was going to be $200+ as we found out at pick up. THANKFULLY Travis asked the questions, took our insurance info at pick up fixed billing on the spot and got us our medication $14. Big difference by actually providing customer service, EXCELLENT at that we would fill with Smith's again. Thank you Travis for changing what would have been a terrible first time experience to a positive one. Give credit where it's due.
