I needed new gym shoes quickly. Went in, looked at the shoes on the wall. Waited for someone to help me pick one to try on. There were a couple other people but all the workers were just standing behind the register. No one came over to help. Went to a different foot locker and my experience was much better.

Chick had an attitude tried to ignore us as when we asked for help as if weren't good enough to be in the store and then tried to tell us we had to take the shoes on display but brought a new pair to replace them, I had to get snappy with her which is not okay. Don't take it out on us if you don't Like your job. Like if someone is ready and willing to spend money on over priced shoes a little service with a smile would be nice will not be returning

We had great customer service. I wanted a shirt they didnt have in my size. I wish I could remember her name but the lady working the cash register made sure to get one ordered for me. She was very friendly.
