So I showed up 5 minutes before customer service should have been closed and they refused to help me. I worked late and needed to return a few items so that way I could get milk for cereal and put some gas in my tank to make it to work tomorrow and this isn’t the first time this Smiths has refused to help me and just shun me away like I didn’t matter. There’s a reason there are words like customer service and jobs out there for those who are willing to do just that. Not once have I had a wow experience at smiths, this one in particular, the customer service staff hve always been ignorant and disrespectful towards me and I don’t understand why? I will never shop here again, this Smiths is one to stay away from as now I’m having to figure out other means to get my milk and gas for my car. Thanks a million 4700 S 4000 W Smith’s, you lost a perfectly good customer and next time honor you’re hours and duties to your patrons. I won’t be walking through those doors again. Terrible customer service.

This location is the absolute worst. Most times when I order my groceries online for a pick up they call and tell me that they are closing early and I have to pick up early. I don't get off work until a certain time period this is why people go across the street to Walmart

Cube Cubical

I liked this one because it has a hot chinese food place and in the 90s it had a huge arcade next to the pharmacy with virtua fighter. its blocked off now and is some kind of staff back room. the chinese food stand is still there though. its the only one i have seen with a hot chinese food take out stand.

This is my neighborhood Smiths. It is in a very convenient location. The people over there have always treated me nicely. Unlike other nearby stores, this one opens at 6 which I find a great thing. I give this store a 4 star rate only because I think it needs some renovation. Other than that, this Smiths is always a great experience. I decided to rate the store because they are not forcing me to wear a mask any more. THANK YOU!!
