Ross Assoc : 2175413 is a trash person. She shorted me on my change and said it was a change shortage and rolled her eyes like big deal. Well my money is mine not yours and to have attitude about expecting your right change back. Wow people are crazy.

They closed their dressing rooms & bathrooms about an hour and a half before they closed. I was unable to try on any of the clothing I picked out nor use the bathroom. The employees followed me around like I was stealing...smh. I only bought one article of clothing cause I was able to try it on outside the dressing room (a jacket). I'd rather shop at any other Ross. Ghetto.

I've been shopping at Ross for the past 10 yrs or more. I'm pretty sad that the style of the clothing has gone so far down. I appreciate the concept, however the junior section of tops is 90% crop tops, and jeans are 90% high rise "ankle grazers" that look like capris. Over all the styles are getting more and more boring, similar... I couldn't actually believe I couldn't find Any band tees or full length jeans. The styles are separated in a way that looks like 45+ is the age group for the "ladies" and the juniors are from 10-35. All over the place but really, staying in the same place. Fingers crossed this changes sometime soon because it's been hard to shop here the last three yrs or so. Tons of stock in one section of the store, and almost none in another. I remember, back in the day, this was The Place to get everything. I love y'all, just an honest review.

I frequently shop at discount stores, but ROSS is my least favorite and this store is one of the worst. One the bright side, it's a huge location so compared to other ROSS stores this one theoretically has a better selection. In practicality, most ROSS stores have very low quality merchandise. Shopping here makes WalMart attractive. The shelves are in disarray, the selection, while vast, is consistently junky, and everything is really messy. Also, the lines here are ALWAYS really really long, which is a function of the staff, not the crowds. I recommend almost any other discount store including Walmart, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls, before coming here.
