This is the most nasty place I have ever stayed at. The first room we got has mold in the shower and I have 2 kids under 2 a newborn at that. Asked for a different room the bathtub was no better. The light shade has blue paint on it and has wholes ripped through it. Don’t worry about giving a review all they will do is tell there management team who still hasn’t fixed this place is the last 4 months from the reviews I’ve seen from that long ago. I should’ve just saved my money and slept in the car. It’s cleaner then this place.

Room smelled strongly like tobacco smoke and mildew. We were unable to air it out due to the window being broken. Also had paint missing on walls, a cigarette burn on the mattress itself, stains all throughout, and what appeared to be mold beginning in the shower. Staff were very nice and attentive the hotel is just run down and past its prime.

If you’re trying to come to this hotel DON’T! Its terrible I’m telling you. We haven’t even gotten into the hotel room yet and we already had problems. We could not get into the room. The key card was not working. Down the elevator we went. The elevator was also bad. it was dirty they had no rail the rail was broken off and it was just anxiety. The elevator would creak, and stuff. We go back to office and the lady told us Hold on and she gave us a new key card for the second time was not working so then we go back down again and she came out that time and card and it worked in the hotel room it was freezing cold as ever. I get it it was winter outside but it should’ve been that cold. Heater all the way up to max and it took two hours two hours for it to heat up the room. For a w while everything was going good, then my dad had to step out the room, and go to the car. When he came back to the room he couldn’t get back in. We had like 3 key cards. So I stepped out, and the door shut. We tried all three of them. More than once. Nothing. We went back down to the front, and the lady got a new card, she went to the room. The key didn’t work. So she physically had to pry the door open with the card. Unbelievable. So we got another room and it still wasn’t good. The room was okay, it was still cold. When we tried to turn on the heat. It didn’t work. Neither did the tv. The lady had to use 3 remotes. 3! We finally got another room and that one was pretty okay.

I don’t know how this place as 3 stars!!! ABSOLUTELY Horrible. We were in Room 221. Broken bathroom tiles, mismatched dollar store thin towels, the desk chair’s vinyl fabric was ALL torn up on the back and seat. Inside the closet, there had been a hole cut in the wall, but the drywall had never been repaired. The floor was so slanted that the furniture all tilted forward from the wall. There were brown stains in the tub, and the carpet was dirty. My family did not feel comfortable staying there, although we booked online for two nights and no refund was available. After staying in the room for less than 30 minutes, I turned the keys into the front desk and left. $140 lost, but we’ve stayed at plenty of Comfort Inns, and this one only represented two nights of guaranteed DISCOMFORT. The chain would completely fail if all their hotels’ conditions were like this. We are calling the corporate office to try to get a refund.
