I had to clean like I was a House Keeper. I was there For the Cincinnati Festival weekend. My first and last time staying at this location every. Room 237 was very dirty, we had to wipe down Everything before we could set our stuff down. The bathroom tub was leaking hot water and they didnt fix it, brown stuff on walls in bathroom. My bed cover was dirty with spots on it and sheets/pillows also. Thank God I bring all my cleaning supplies because couldn't find another location. No iron or iron board in room had to get iron from front desk

I booked here a couple times over the years. But this time I don't know if they have new management but the place was HORRIBLE... Changed rooms 3 times. I will never stay again. They have Roaches in one building. Moved rooms.. It looked like they were doing construction and forgot to finish. It was dirty. Literal cigarettes put out on the head board.. in a non smoking room !🤔 . Tub dirty bathrooms dirty walls dirty microwave dirty fridge didn't work. The manager actually had to go watch maintenance clean the new room to make sure it was ok . They need to just close and remodel🤦🏾‍♀️

Terrible place. Dirty. Seedy characters hanging outside all night. Towels stained. Room not in good condition or clean. Water never got above luke warm. Wouldn't stay there again if they gave me the room for free. Check in guy was more interested in his phone than he was in me. Didn't even tell me what building my room was in.

The only reason I would stay here is if someone else is paying, which was the case for me. My first stay here, I was given a room with no heat. When I got in the room, it seemed fine, but when I woke up at 5 a.m., the room was just above freezing. On my second stay here, the manager was kind enough to give me a room with heat, but I had to make sure I didn't touch anything with bare skin. They do not do a very good job at cleaning their rooms. To me, it looks like they just change the bedding and empty the trash can. If you are the one paying for a place to stay the night and you are not on a tight budget, then I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. However, if you must stay here, then I recommend wearing sandals and gloves, and make sure to bring disinfectant wipes.
