I spent $188 on a brand new pair of Saucony shoes and insoles. After 30 days the insole began to wear a hole through it. (I walk at least 5 miles a day outdoors on concrete for work.) I brought the shoes and insoles in expecting to just exchange the insoles however Andrew the assistant store manager noticed that my shoes were wearing a bit faster than expected. He offered to replace the shoes and insoles and so I walked out with a brand new pair of the same shoes and brand new inserts. What's more is that Andrew invited me to come back in about 25 days (before the 60 day return window closes) to see how the new pair is wearing. Andrew said if the new pair is wearing unexpectedly fast than he would fit me for a completely new shoe and this would all be in included in my original $180 purchase. I could not be happier and I will be a life long customer after this experience.

I have to classify my visit to this store as "uncomfortable". I wanted to return some shoes my family purchased for me because I didn't like them, and I saw online this location had the inventory in store of what I wanted. I came in asking about an exchange, had to sign in on an iPad and I ended up waiting 45 minutes before being helped. I must say this store must not get a lot of African American customers and I figured since it is in a hoity, high-income area but overall, my general experience was just uncomfortable. The employees looked as if they were uncomfortable to help me. I should have left but a young girl finally assisted. Even when I went to return my original purchase, the blonde lady with a hat on was questioning getting my cash back. I make good money and can purchase whatever running shoes I want, but don't act chastising. Got what I wanted through online ordering but will never return to this location. I will stick my Kentucky store because the customer service is awesome, just didn't have the shoe I wanted in store.
