Rude receptionists on my visit. Website was down and they tried charging me a "convenience fee" for driving there to make sure my bill was paid. They couldn't understand why it wasn't convenient for me to drive there to pay.

I called. I was asked would you like a call back and I pressed yes. Got a call 2 hours later, just to be on hold for another half-hour. Never got through!

They wouldn't fix a 70 year old gas meter. My bill went up to $2600. Then they just show up and replace the meter and refuse to adjust the billing. The 70 year old gas meter usage compared to readings from the prior year was impossible! We used less gas entirely. I started to freeze my family out over the winter to use it less. I complained for 12 months now. They still will not credit any of the bill.

Give leaky gas meters in order to charge extra for the gas smh. I called and told them it was a problem last year. They "investigated" it and said it was fine. All to find out months later the meter had a dangerous gas leak and we paid for it the whole time. These people do not listen. That is so dangerous AND it's expensive.
