Horrible service. I have been getting my supplies from Amazon cheaper than arrocare. Since there was a price increase I was attempting to reorder supplies. I called several times and was told they are working with the doctors office to get what they need. After 3 weeks of negligence I reached out to the doctors office. I got the problem handled and had the updated prescription sent to CVS because I have lost all hope of this company doing anything correctly ever. Compounding this you company illegally obtained my updated prescription information and sent out and billed my insurance. I did not authorize you to do that.
