I'm trying to understand how these people are trained, yet no one answer's,. 3/2/2022 I've been on hold now 27mins only to be transfered to another line too wait again. I'm out of state and this extremely frustrating.

Back in 2019 I had to come here for the food protection license exam and the security guard was rude and nasty. He was an extremely unpleasant person and completely unprofessional with his language and demeanor. It is appalling that someone with his attitude was hired. That man clearly doesn’t understand the value or meaning of work. His treatment towards his other coworkers was disturbing. His job is to be a security guard. He has to stand there and guide people to the right place in the building. If he can’t do that, it must mean that he is lazy, incompetent, and worthless. The fact that this man was hired means that this organization does not care about the people coming to receive services or it’s other employees. He spoke to his coworkers like a tyrant. He was nasty towards his coworkers. Absolutely horrible manners! He clearly was never reprimanded for his actions to be comfortable acting so horrendous.

why is it that when you call, no one answers the phones? then i get a mumbled, blunt message saying to leave a message.... but the mailbox is full and you can't leave a message?? So frustrating to try and reach someone here. Very unprofessional.
