This location never has anything on the menu. Never received a total or a receipt. Employees have terrible attitudes and lack work ethics. Order is never correct and what I do get is cold and stale. Called corporate in hopes they make serious changes. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Sub-par is the word I'd use to describe this Dunkin' location. If there was a closer franchise location, I certainly would go to a different one. The staff is pretty rude; they never greet you when you pull up to the window or say "thank you" when you leave. I come here 5+ times a week, and if I don't say hello or anything first, I receive my order in full silence. They've gotten my order wrong several times, and they never apologize for the mistake when I have to come back around the drive-thru and ask them to fix it. When they do get it right, the food and coffee is good just like any other Dunkin' location. I'd say hiring some new, friendly & polite staff would go a long way, or underlining the importance of hospitality in the food/bev industry to your current staff.

Stopped by for a power breakfast sandwich. Window worker was nice until she found no one was working on my order. A tiff ensued between the window worker and another gal about who was to make the order. Meanwhile, I am sitting there watching this and my order was still not started. I was then asked to move to a parking space out front. I patiently waited while seeing car after car receive their orders. Just as I was going to go in the store, the worker originally not wanting to make the order, appeared and shoved my sandwich at me. I have not returned since.

The pic speaks for itself...6 piece hashbrown alternated between being hard as a rock or a mushy mess and the sandwich had 1 slice of cheese between one egg and the bacon (not the least bit crispy) and was assembled so sloppily. I should have had an all star from Waffle House...more filling and cheaper. My signature latte was awesome though.
