i tried to sell vans that i bought a few years back at the same platos. i had only worn them twice. exact same condition i bought them in previously. when i walked in i set them down and one of the workers instantly said “yea no we wouldn’t take these because of the condition.” he had barely even looked at them. they look brand new for the most part. i don’t recommend selling things to plato’s. they don’t take hardly anything.

MY SELLING EXPERIENCE: Went in recently for the first time excited to check out their selection as well as to see what the experience is like selling clothes with them. I was having a busy day and didn’t check what I had brought in against what they returned to me and just checked out, took my bins and left. I was almost back home when it dawned on me that two pairs of shoes I left with them weren’t returned to me and weren’t in the bin of things they offered to buy from me. Once I looked through everything I realized a brand new top was also missing. I didn’t have time to return to the store, and the items were all just taking up space in my place so I just left it. ☮️❤️The folks there were all real nice.

So cool to be able to get some money back for clothes you can’t wear or don’t want anymore!! 3 shirts and a pair of pants and I got close to 75 dollars

Drove all the way over to drop some stuff off only to realize they have certain “buying hours” and I wasted my gas for nothing. Guess I have to try again tomorrow. 🙄 Three stars because I did find some nice new Nike shorts.
