Excellent, delighted to live with Willow lake.

Several times I have requested maintenance services for some damage to the showers in the bathrooms... the last review really was lousy... very bad... the work was left half done. and I currently have a very large water leak in the shower in the main bathroom is leaking, entrance to the closet and the folder is totally wet and smells bad... today I went to the administration office to request urgent help from maintenance... but it was not possible. there was only an assistant in the office...I ask for your urgent support...I have been a resident for several years and I pay my rent on time...it is fair that you give priority to this matter...thank you

The above mention prices are about right, just be aware market rent goes up $50 each year in the state of Florida. If not more
How many bedrooms u looking for?
700 something
I do not recommend this place. Maintenance will sometimes wait months to fix anything in your apartment and like to raise rent over every little thing they add (such as the new paint job). They only have one dumpster for all the apartments, resulting in it being filled up fast and trash being left all over the roadside. It's supposed to be a gated community but the gates break and stay broken for weeks (and there is no gate to stop any random pedestrian from entering) and if you have to go in through the wrong gate they will fine you even if it's because the gate is broken. They only care about your money. I've taken nightly exercise strolls and have been followed by mysterious men with hoodies who have recorded me. Please look for another place to live that will be safer for your children to thrive. The playgrounds haven't even got maintenance for as long as I've been around here so I wouldn't have your kids playing in them (4 years so far).
You would have to call to find out. My boyfriend's family lives there and is currently paying around $1,100 a month. When they first moved in it was 800 but they have slowly been raising the rent over the years. Keep in mind if you want to move in the amenities are nothing special. Some of the playground equipment is broken and hasn't been repaired in years. The basketball court is way too small. The pool is not always kept clean and I got a blood larvae stuck in my ear after swimming in it (because the ducks swim in the pool too). Maintenance picks favorites, and if they don't like you they will take forever to do your requests. Their toilet had been having problems for many months and, even though they keep telling them, they only fixed it after it flooded the apartment and Gator had to be called to clean up the mess. There are many other nicer apartments nearby that will probably take better care of you but if this is what you have settled for then I wish you a good stay there.
Llama oficina hablan Espanol!
And
I placed the application on Friday, October 23 and by October 31 the contract was already signed because it was approved and it was clarified here there are no one-bedroom apartments, only two or three-bedroom apartments
Wrong #
No unfortunately ☹️
I am looking for an income of up to. 700. A quarter. Would it be possible?
You would be more likely to get an answer if you called them. I believe they have a website.
