We do not recommend a shiny floor sealer on the tile. In many cases, the floor that has a shiny floor can be of two things. It may have had wax applied (we do not recommend it). Also, the floors may have had some form of urethane application. Our tile sealer does not leave a shine. But it does add longevity to the grout by soiling much faster. Applications should be applied once or twice a year after a professional cleaning.

We recommend once a year to once every two years. Sealing tiles may add longevity to the grout and timing of each cleaning done.

It is recommended from 6 months to a year since last service.
