So I thought This company was a great place to shop ,or work for until I found out how truly wrong they treat the sales people who work for them, and bust there chops to make mad money for there company. The management at farmers Home Furniture in Athens pride them self on taking the hard earned commission checks from those who have already earned the commission, with open sales completed and payable to the the sales person who have given the company proper notice of leaving their company, to reward those sales people they take away there checks. No wonder this location have so many employee turn overs, what kind of company can turn the other cheek and allow the management of Farmers debt free company to treat the very people who are responsible for all the the money this company make pre annually. Those people are your sales people. HOW DARE YOU!!
