I don't know what in the HIPPA violation stuff this is, but now they give you a form so that you can call and register instead of someone who's job title is registration registering you as they use to do. So again you want my insurance number, date of birth, and reason for visit discussed out loud. I have an ear infection but for those with more personal issues just walked out because they were uncomfortable. But of course yall don't care. Less people to deal with.

Had to go to the ER for my boyfriend who had a broken nose and injuries. Waited 4 and a half hours and never got a room. Not to mention when my boyfriend went to ask nicely for an estimated time after sitting there for hours the lady at the front desk stated “well you can obviously go, we are not holding you against your will”. Very rude and very uncaring about the fact that he was bleeding out of his nose THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME we were sitting there. The lady at the front desk started an argument with me stating “you had no right to ask the police officer for a gauge/towel when I just told you no” and “why are you still talking?” when I asked if I could get another towel for his bloody nose due to the other one being fully red and covered. Very unprofessional and saddening that the piedmont healthcare system can hire someone like this to “assist” people who need emergency help… I would also like to mention that she blatantly violated the emtala law and I will be contacting someone to make sure this lady is held accountable for breaking this law and for treating majority of the people in that waiting room with the upmost type of disrespect. This incident happened on August 28, 2022 from 2:00 to 6:58am.

Yes in some parts. I go to the Wound Clinic that is in the basement of the hospital. I bring in my parking ticket and they stamp it so I never pay. If you visit the ER you don't have to pay. If you visit someone you will have to pay but it isnt much.
All kinds
Then go in person?
There are people who kindly offer this service to the mothers for free.
Yes. It has a place that can help assist you.
You can call at anytime and check on a patient.
It's usually one visitor per stay.
Yes because you don't want it to get infected and you want to also no it's the right care for the sickness you have.
There is an representative for the hospital that can answer all of your questions and concerns.
If I'm not mistaken, there are no dentists on staff at all. If you need emergency care for a dental issue you could go to the ER, but I would guess depending on how serious it is they'd just tide you over until the next business day so you can see a dentist.
Call the main number and they will give it to you
I no some hospitals do but I don't no of Piedmont hospital here in Athens dose I have only been here since September . Good luck and call them and see if they have what you need . Have a blessed day.
