I would give zero if I could. The front office staff is extremely rude! My appointment was canceled for no reason. She lied and said I canceled by text. I never got a text from them. I ended up leaving. I will never go back!! Very unprofessional! Front office staff needs training on proper treatment of customers!

Whoever answers the phone at this offices needs to be fired. Every time I’ve called to make an appointment she was rude and never let me talk. She had an terrible attitude. I specifically wanted to come to this office to get a procedure done and she told me to call ga cancer center in oconee. She’s terrible.

Omg! I can’t ever recall going to a doctor appointment and feeling like you’ve known the people there all your life! Dr Chastain and Heather are amazing! They are both animal lovers, just as I am. They never made me feel like they were in a hurry and solved all the problems that I went there for. I was so impressed, that before I left, I scheduled an appointment for my husband. He had previously been seeing another dermatologist in Athens. I actually received a “thank you” card for choosing there practice. These folks are amazing! I honestly have never experienced anything like this before!!!

You may need to call. Ive used her several times but had to pay cash because it wasn't a medically necessary removal.
