Bad review: Jessica Lofrese I ordered 20 cardstock images and paid online for in-store pick-up. Was called 4-5mins later letting me know they couldn't fill my order because their machine was down. I asked for a refund, as this is for a client and need to provide them by a certain date. They let me know they can't give me a refund until 3-5 business days. I'm not coming out of my business's pocket for their error. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she couldn't give me a phone number to a manager. Not hearing my concern that her store caused by allowing orders online for a service she says has been down for 2 weeks... This is not how business is done.

This service doesn’t works!!! And worst is the personal because is useless, nobody helps you! I waited about 20 minutes to print an important document and nothing!!!! I’m very disappointed because I missed an appointment because of this!! The person at the copy & print center (Megan) was drinking Gatorade while I was suffering with the printer! She said that she couldn’t help me because I needed a code! The code was supposed to arrive to my email up to ten minutes and didn’t arrive! Worst service ever!! Update: three hours later and the code never arrived to my email! If you need to print this is no your place!
