Dining room never open. Drive-thru is usually backed up to where cars are stuck waiting in line in the road, causing traffic problems. They can only manage one order at a time, telling you that they'll be with you in a moment. Each car ends up waiting at the order box for an average of about 10 minutes before the order is taken, and then 5-10 minutes at the pick-up window. It's usually a 45 minute wait in the drive-thru line, depending on the time of day. Food is cold by the time you get it. NOT worth the trouble to go here!

most unprofessional wendy’s i have ever been to, rude staff and rude manager. i will literally never be back. i’ve been here twice now thinking maybe the first time was just a bad time but no. would have given 0 stars if i could.
