I was helped by the nicest, most pleasant and gracious gentleman named Sheldon at this store tonight. Something was out of my reach, he assured me he would get a ladder and get them down for me. Every place is short staffed these days, being helped by someone so friendly and accommodating makes all the difference. He really put a smile on my grumpy face. I really have never met an helpful employee at this store. Kudos the the management and personnel. Make sure to say hello to Sheldon!

A nicely organized store. It can sometimes be difficult to find a knowledgeable employee, but if he's working, Ronnie is my go-to. He always seems to have the information I need and a few minutes to help me find it.

Very poor customer care from the assistant manager James. Zero attempt to resolve the issue created by Lowes, in a way that would be of less negative impact to the customer. Crazy that he truly didn't give any indication he even cared what impact their mistake had on the customer.

Lowe's is known for building and DIY home improvement supplies, as well as lighting and appliances. They also have an extraordinary selection of some really great plants. Locals know this about Lowe's. They've only gotten better with the variety and quantity. They have everything from annuals to garden plants, flowering perennials to succulents and house plants.

When you order online and go in store to pick it up, you don't have to talk with anyone. You go up, scan the barcode from your order, and the locker door opens automatically so all you need to do is grab your paper and item, no interaction required
18 inches.length of Cord is not critical
It's great that you are motivated to get a job. I would suggest that you call them at their 8oo number, which is 800 - 445 - 6937, and I am sure that they would be able to answer your questions; good luck in your quest to get a job!
They put you with people that will do the work. I have used people from Lowe's twice both times they did a great job.
