My husband and I was out of work for 2 months without pay! My husband had an unexpected emergency surgery and I had already had an scheduled date for my surgery. I explained to them that my husband and I won’t be having any income for 2 months and could they stop my deduction payment because I won’t be getting paid. I never heard back from anybody I was told to send in documents from both doctors which I did! I finally got a letter in the mail 2 weeks ago stating that my July and August payments would stop and resume in September. When my husband and I returned back to work in august we now was playing catch because of no income for 2 months. Once I got my first check after returning to work GUESS WHAT??? My payments were STILL coming out of my check and it wasn’t suppose to! I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone since August 9th here it is September 1 I’m so frustrated with there lack of communication and returning calls!
