Totally agree the apartments are in a good location and they are beautiful people have their motorcycles stealing space where they can put a car or they also leave work vans and the inhabitants do not find parking very bad! They should have an order with the parking lots!

The apartments are nice and they are in a good location unfortunately it is the parking after 11 o'clock there is no parking they leave it crossed running the risk that the crane could take it very bad 😢

Scheduled a tour, when I showed up they they sent me to an apartment that was in the middle of renovation. The workers there were nice enough to let me in and stop their work but obviously I can't gauge if I'll be comfortable there if the floors are torn up and everything was being worked on. Emily seemed pretty rude and definitely should not be in a customer service role. I can easily tell that if I had lived there she would be an issue for the entire duration of the lease. For what you're paying, it's nothing special. It is in a pretty good location and fairly close to a metro but you can get that anywhere in the DMV and in some cases cheaper
