I was initially happy with this but in our second year here I have hardly anything positive to say. Our apartment flooded and it took management a week to help us. Our washing machine broke in this time and every day they said they'd come "tomorrow". A week of soiled towels from the flood later, they came and claimed to have fixed the washing machine. It was not fixed at all- so even more clothes are ruined than before. This is just ONE example of the horrible maintenance experiences here. This is the second flood in less than a year. This is the third or fourth plumbing problem. Don't waste your time unless you aren't going to be here long.

Moved here in June 2021, the townhouse was in dire state.. customer service is a shame, one person that answers the phone and extremely rude.. walked up to the office and right before I got there he told me that he he is closed for lunch and “what’s up” very unprofessional.. I have a few rodent in my townhouse that they did not get rid of.. they sent a few so called pest controls that are worthless.. I will definitely not be renewing

We have not had an acceptable leasing experience here. From safety, health quality, overall condition of the location, we highly recommend that you do not rent here. The physical location is nice, being close to the metro and D.C. with accessible bus stops. However, there are multiple other complexes that are much better to look at. The trash and recycling containers are continually overflowing, resulting in large amounts of trashed being blown across lawns. Huge piles of furniture are continually dumped here and it can take weeks for it to be removed. Towing was predatory before COVID and wouldn't abide by Maryland law to release the vehicle if they had already begun towing your vehicle. There is a continual police presence reporting to the neighborhood for fights, raids, police pursuits and many more issues. The inside of the townhomes are outdated, including the insulation and equipment. In the less than a year we have been here, we have had multiple items needed to be replaced that would take weeks to address. This includes the HVAC, washer machine, boiler, vent cleaning and pest control. We are still fighting controlling the pests on a daily basis regardless of how many traps are placed. This is contributed by the walls being hollow and direct access between units. This also contributes to you hearing every single conversation, music, fight and party that your neighbor has. Property management is very dodgy, and will not respond unless you confront them head on. We were really hoping for a better quality of life living here, but in the end we just got ripped off in paying too much for too little to a company that doesn't care about you as an individual.
