Maintenance team (Mr. B), is awesome! Super fast in response. He finished my electric outlet repair a couple hours after I asked for it. I'm happy with the service. Thank you so much, Axis Maintenance team and Mr B. Furthermore, I moved to Axis 1.5 months ago, and I'm very happy with my place here. It feels like a resort, with nice pool and a beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend Axis at Shady Grove

Many of the employees are very kind and helpful, however management and owners are completely the opposite. If you like being mistreated and living in a place where you feel like the people in charge have no regard for you or your wellbeing, this is a perfect place to live.

If you opt to pay Axis an additional monthly fee for parking, you'll readily find an available space in whichever garage attaches to the building (either 9300 or 9305) that houses your chosen apartment unit. Unfortunately the garage with overhead walkways connected to the 9300 building lacks some much-needed security measures given the routine incidents of vandalism (at least three separate occassions involving multiple cars for this year alone). There's no gate to control entry and no cameras to monitor access, making it all the more difficult for Montgomery County police to investigate.
