Great office! I have been seen by Dr. Allison Hockman and Dr. Hashefi Mandana and I 100% recommend them and Internal Medicine Group. Even if my situation was not in their realm, they offered as much information, guidance, and referrals as possible. They actually heard my entire story (which is long) asked questions, and meaningful /curious questions (compared to the regular checklist Dr.'s ask before brushing you off), they stayed engaged and wanted to help me. Even after my visit with Dr. Mandana, which she was unable to treat my situation but offered referrals and ideas of things to try, she even called and messaged me later that evening to recommend more ideas as she RE-looked at all my lab results that I provided to the office, meaning she was curious and actually tried, and cared about my situation, that by definition is a real genuine doctor.

The medical staff is good and the admins are nice, but their process is very confusing. They have you fill out all these forms then an NP/PA (not sure) asks the same questions and the first appointment is not an exam but rather an intake. I still don't understand why that is necessary, it's frustrating because it means multiple appointments (meaning time off work, which is not ideal just to get an annual checkup).

RIMG is the most well run and organized group of doctors I have ever met. There is very little wait time and the quality of care is over the top! Their web portal for communication is easy to use and the response time is amazing. If I could give them more that 5 stars I would!

Don’t waste your time. Completely incompetent staff who doesn’t communicate at all. While pregnant TWICE I was sick and they turned me away from receiving care. What’s the point of a doctors office if they only treat the patients they want to treat?
