Horrible from outside they don't look presentable I yes imagine from inside!!

This place had allowed someone to die in their almost completely flooded apartment and they knew that the ground floor flooded 3 YEARS before Ida passed through. They never did anything in between the first flooding incident to now, that shows you how much they care about their tenets. They only care about the money and not the resident's safety nor health (mold, insect infestation etc.)
