If you aren’t shopping Icon Bridal for your wedding dress, you are doing yourself a disservice. I knew exactly what dress I wanted. After 12 failed attempts to locate it, I stumbled upon Icon Bridal. They found my dress in less than 12 hours. The customer service is unmatched. You can tell the employees take pride in their work. The owner is such a beautiful butterfly, she was present and helpful. This is the only place to get your dress! Thank you so much, Icon Bridal! Y’all did that!

Connie was fantastic; from when I called to check about in-stock options for my wedding in 2 1/2 months, to choosing dresses based on my style preferences before we arrived, to keeping the appointment fun and stress-free. She was fantastic at keeping me relaxed, and reading my facial expressions as I tried on dresses, as well as providing reassurance and support (anxious bride-to-be here). I did not have nearly as much fun or feel as supported at two previous bridal appointments at other locations - would highly recommend this store! And alterations on site... one less thing to worry about!
