I used to work as a technician at the Dallas location when it was known as Metro Men's Health. The reason I decided to work there is because the atmosphere was relaxed and the Piezo Shockwave Treatments does work on about 90% of men (success rate varies depending on age and any underlying medical conditions), improving the lives of most of my past patients. I always gave every patient the best possible service and treatments. I left when new CEO Mark Johnson bought it out in January 2022 (he's still the owner) and stopped paying me and a few other past employees in February. It's September now and he still hasn't paid us. Im writing this review because today they had the nerve to call and ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment or work for them again, even after they still haven't paid me for the last 7 months. When I told the guy who called me that they still owe me my paychecks, he just straight up hung up on me and didn't call back. Yes, the treatments work, but upper management for the company cares ONLY about profits. There are better alternatives if you're seeking ED treatments with companies who don't scam their employees.

The Bethesda office offer good customer service and professional. The problem I have is with the results process. Before I started the treatment, I was told the ED success rate was very high, and if the treatment doesn't improve the ED, then I would be a full refund. Well, as of today 6/7/21, that is not true. I completed all the treatments and tried a supplement they recommend, then waited additional 3 weeks. Well, it did not help or improvement my situation. I ask the local office for my refund. Now I have to wait another month, just to talk to someone. I also talk to Sam Shorter at the corporate office about how I didn't see any improvement from the treatment, ask him about the refund process. He told me after I complete all the treatments and Pay my entire balance, then he will be a contact person to start the refund process. Well I did all that was required, I paid in full. I called Sam Shorter, 3 times, I lefted a detailed message about my request for a refund. It has been over a week and no return call. He was great at taken my payment, but when Ghost, when It comes to a refund. Last week, I talk to a Spencer( customer service rep.), very helpful. He referred me to the refund decision maker K. Sullivan, Regional Director for Metro Men's Health 4 days ago, I emailed this person, explained everything in detail, as of day 6/7/21. I have not received an email response or call. I hope Metro Men's Health honor what they tell their clients and do the right thing. I will continue contact the Corporate office and will continue to claim until I get my refund, That METR MENS HEALTH PROMISED.....

Joe White is an expert at what he does versus the other technicans there!he is professonal and has a way of making it easy to come to the office and get treated.He guides you through the process and lets you know that the process works if I participate,I think he is a great asset to Metro Mens help along with the beautiful lady at the front desk,I will highly recomment Joe White and Metro mens heath,thanks again,ITS ALL THE WAY UP!!

Current update 6-23-21 I have a letter staying I would get a full refund that would take 4-6 weeks. This was not in thr contract to wait a month and half for refund. Yet they want your money up front. We are at the end of week 5 and no response. This place is a scam. They do not honor their contract or their word. Seems like a place you'd have to take the owner to court . As you can see the owner responded 5 months ago but did not reach out to me until May. Smdh

I don’t recommend this company unless u plan on getting a lawyer if it does not work. They are rude and non responsive if your treatment does not work.
