MLM wrapped my house, replaced my siding, capped my windows and replaced my gutters. Thomas Walter and his crew are the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and thorough crew I have ever had the pleasure of working on my home. Every question I had, they were patient and answered until my questions were answered completely and I understood exactly. They walked me around the house to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Tom also walked me around the house and the 1 concern I questioned, he took care of immediately. Briahnna in the office provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to explain charges and insurance to me, again, with patience, until I understood exactly what I was paying. She gave me an insurance 101 lesson and explained all the charges and explained the several iterations of the estimates the insurance company sent to me. She was definitely good to have on your side. Bottom line...I LOVE THIS COMPANY... USE THEM! They know their stuff. They know how to treat their customers to 100% satisfaction!

MLM is simply the best Roofing Contractor in town. Marco is the main reason I chose MLM. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and process. Anthony, Mark, and Kristin were wonderful to work with as well. Friendly staff… smooth process… organized…!

Recently I got the gutters replaced by MLM. Joel was the consultant from MLM who helped from the beginning to the end. Joel was very patient and always tried to help. The gutter installation team did an excellent job professionally, which I am very pleased with. They were easy to work with and always tried to make the customer happy. The onsite project manager, Thomas, was monitoring the installation process, was very responsive to any requests during the installation, and quickly addressed any issues. I recommend MLM to anyone who wants to get a gutter job done.

Questions & Answers

Your rep told me that, he will get the approval from insurance and not charge any additional monies. Now the insurance is done and he wants me to pay the deductible or l can give him $3500, is this the way you do business?

I had a firm quote outside of insurance upfront. I called my insurance after to get their assessment and to meet with the rep when the adjuster inspected the roof and home. Two separate transactions.
