DO NOT SIGN FOR THE MEMBERSHIP!!! I signed up in October 2022, I am supposed to get $30 for online purchases and the next day I tried to make online purchase, they said that I will be getting my rewards bonus of $30 from my purchase in March 2023.

Melissa signed me up for a $30 membership stating that I can get 10% off my purchase, I signed up and then I asked her if she was going to apply my 10% to my purchase, she sated that it goes on the membership and I can use it on future purchases. Ok fine. She gave me a $20 Member Bonus Card that I couldn’t use right away. Ok fine. The next day I try to make a purchase online with my $30 credit Melissa said I had, but it wasn’t available to use. I called Customer Service, they states that I can see what amount I have available on January 3rd! Then…. I can spend that amount in March! None of this information was disclosed to me prior to signing me up.
