My experience was great after speaking with Cheryl. She was very knowledgeable about all the features the jaguar i purchased offers. She is very kind and professional. The overall experience was great. This is my second car from Jaguar of Bethesda and my car salesman Willy's always come through with knowing what I want.

I own a 2006 Jaguar x type that I have had serviced at Jaguar Bethesda. The passenger inside door latch doe not work and I can not open the door from the inside, but outside latch works OK. I tried DW 40 but no joy. Can you adjust and how much?

Hugh, Sorry for your issue, however there's several factors you want to take into consideration. 1) Age of vehicle. 2) Cost of Service 3) Your Budget. First, the age of your vehicle is going to make it a costly fix and many mechanics aren't going to want to, "chase their tales," seeing as they will be responsible for the repair against a shop-rate. Secondly, the shop rate is 200/hr so that repair alone could be 3-5 hours which can make it quite costly. Third, finding parts for a vehicle that old can be timely, so it might be a good while before they can repair/replace it and you'll potentially be without a vehicle during the repair and they will not provide you with a courtesy vehicle because of the age of your vehicle. Good luck
