Good location. Close to P town. Showers have been improved and were nice and hot. Bathrooms and showers could still use some updating.

Very expensive for a campground with no wi-fi, cable, pool... Also, don't depend on having the ability to run your air conditioner. If the campground is full & temps high it may shut off. However, the sites are spacious and shaded. Nice clean dog run. Close to P-town.

As far as RV parks go it was a bit rustic but that's what I really liked about it.

Hello: I am looking for a campground in Cape Cod that has either cabins or RVs to rent on a weekly basis. I would like to have a kitchenette to be able to cook some meals. Does anyone know of a good campground please? Thank you. Jill B

You have to go quite a ways by foot, but about a 3 minute car ride down the street. We did see a bike rack down there and lots of people rode those to the beach.
