I typically love BWW, but this experience wasn't ideal. First I have to say... get Coke product for goodness sakes...Pepsi blows. Beyond that, the server was very slow to get our order, then brought boned wings when we ordered boneless, the new order took forever and everyone else was done eating by the time they arrived... took nearly 2 hours for the visit just based upon the slow service and delivery of items

Tonight me, mother, brother and their family had dinner there, where we got a very nice and helpful waitress. She did everything by the books like using a spoon to scoop up the ice and put it in the cup. I saw other waiters just dig there cups into the ice chest and scoop up the ice with the same cup. Our waitress had better matters.

Don’t waste your hard earned money at this joint. Service is bad. Beer is flat and they don’t honor any of the corporate websites specials. I have been here for the 3rd and last time. I always try to give a place a chance but this is really not a good place. I ordered beer and it was flat and skunky. The poor waitress told me my best bet was to get bottled beer. Apparently this is the norm. Why offer draft beer if it’s going to be old and flat. The food is good … when you get it. I ordered appetizers but I got here with the food. And it wasn’t even busy yet. You really don’t get checked on for a minute. I had to ask a busgirl to bring me more ranch since my waitress wasn’t around. I’ve been to many BWW through out the county since I travel a lot for work. This is one at the bottom of the list. Cheers!

Service was so so. I've been inside over a dozen times and service is just OK, this includes PreCovid visits. I give 3 stars because service is and has been subpar. Food was not hot even though we waited for a longtime. Food... I love the Asian Zing wings which are my fav! The queso dip is good too. Just wish it was served temperature hot.
