My wife and I walked into the Twin Oaks Valley Road AT&T Total Solutions store today. Assistant Manager Breanna was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever met in an AT&T store. She was able to easily answer all my wifes Apple questions and all my Samaung Galaxy questions and even found ways to save us money. I upgraded to a Samsung Z Fold 3 and will be trading in an old samsung phone soon. She was super knowledgeable and the whole process was very fast. A+
