Called ahead about seeing if a phone was on display. Was told it was. Good so far. But what I was not told was that the display was not working.... So less then 2 hours after I made the call. I show up only to find nothing to see for the phone I was wanting to buy if the display one impressed me. I have been with T-Mobile for 16 years. Yet to not run into issues with these non corporate stores. The manager tried to claim I never called. I showed my call log said otherwise.
