I was really stressed during the repairs and he made the experience much easier and helped relieve my anxiety. I would love to recognize the entire Service Solutions Team for going above and beyond when I needed them most. Words can not express how grateful I am to have come across a company who takes such impeccable care of their clients! During initial contact they EXCELLED in customer service! I unfortunately had an unforeseen incident, at a very unfavorable hour of the night that led me to this company. They promptly sent out a technician and even offered a free estimate! Once my technician Uriel arrived, I instantly felt a sense of relief. I wanted to recognize Uriel specifically, because not only did he have a great sense of professionalism, he operated with a sense of urgency throughout the entire process. He had a passion for his profession and it SHOWED! The technician accurately, and efficiently assessed my situation, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Service Solutions and the professionals who work within this company are fantastic. A slow leak caused a lot of damage in two areas of my mom's home. Service solutions was called and came to do the initial clean up/dry out within hours. Lonnie and Darrin were amazing in helping my mom work with the insurance company as well as plan and arrange for the all of the various repair work that was needed. They completed all of the necessary insurance forms and supplied the needed pictures and samples. Their expertise working with insurance companies was very helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and was exceedingly well done. I want to give a shout out to Dana who kept both me and my mom up to date on when work was going to be done and was able to answer all of our questions. All of the professionals who came to the house were very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner, stayed within the budget and the end result were refurbished rooms that my mom loves.
