NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS I come at 6:45 looking for cashier was not there after 5 minutes he come brown man, I ask him for restroom he say when pharmacy closes the restroom is closed. I ask the pharmacy they say the restroom is not here. Cvs is so bad 6:45pm what u mean restroom is closed.

Since Michael Pharmacist came to this CVS - I’ve had nothing but consistent, helpful, professional, educated assistance from him & his staff. KUDOS to Min, David etc. as well!!

Several times I have been at this store and the prices listed are not the same at the register. Today I was told by the manager that I have to match the serial numbers to the product, so today they had a tag directly under a product, the product was the same brand, same description and was on a cardboard display, apparently the display that I’m assuming they placed was over too far to the right and it was our responsibility to match product numbers, instead of their responsibility to place the product in the correct place...and no a customer did not set it in the wrong place it’s absolutely their error, this review wouldn’t be here if this was the first time this happened, last time they just flat out refused to honor the advertised price for coffee creamer and if they didn’t treat us like common thrives trying to mislead them, the cashier is always rude but the manager too??? I love the pharmacy there but am taking my prescriptions somewhere else, not that corporations care anymore, this CVS is particularly horrible, bring your glasses to read their product codes because it is your job to make sure their products are labeled properly.
