The ladies were Supa helpful. I got the Samsung s20 ultra the 1st day it came out but apparently it didn't actually come with a 5g Sim card. The ladies working their got it all switched and working correctly for me. What a big difference. Thank you so much

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I changed my plan to T-Mobile One after 2 of their employees quoted me $140 for 4 lines. A month later, I am being charged $150. Apparently the employees did not understand the promo, and gave me the wrong information. I went in to speak with the manager, Danny. And he refused to help me. He said "its only $10 difference", and did not even try to help me. How he became a manager is beyond me. I am paying more per month than I did before I switched my plan. I was lied to, and nothing was done to help me afterwards.

I've been trying to exchange my phone because it randomly restarts during the day and it was still under warranty so I could exchange it. I came into the store to pick up my new phone and there was some error that the serial number wasn't matching. I received a text 2 days later that my phone was ready for pickup. When I got yo the store for the 3rd time they said they didn't have my phone and that they would have to cancel the order and place a new one. I now have to go back a 4th time to pick it up. I do not have time for this incompetence nor do I have the time to continually drive back and forth to deal with t mobiles mistakes. I am extremely disappointed and am questioning whether I want to keep them as my carrier.
