Wrongfully towed and paid a few for a non-violation. Scummy place, as expected. Ridiculous and disgusting. They are stealing money from people. Lobby smells like a clamshell aquarium.

RUDE- CROOKS- absolute thieves!!!! My friend's daughter had her car towed at an apartment complex in Escondido. She was parked in guest parking and they said she was parked in a reserve spot. She wasn't! Apartment complex is gated and said they didn't call the towing company. Someone called, let them in and towed her car. I asked to see a photo of the car in the spot before they towed it. They said it was the company policy not to show the photo to the owner or the police????? why? They stole a car and won't show me evidence. If she was parked in the wrong spot, then so be it. But they won't show it to me. $375 to get the car and they said- too bad give me the money and take us to civil court!!!! This is so wrong I am I want to help her get the money back. These crooks know people won't bother fighting and pay.

They towed my car from handicap spot 😞 I had handicap placard but it had fallen on the floor of the car. I showed them that I have it but they said it should be on the window 😮‍💨 Previous security patrol we had in the community was really nice, he knocked the door every time if there was anything wrong about my placard but the new security didn’t seem friendly. How ever staff in the towing parking were nice and friendly. These two star is just for them.
