As a woman you expect a certain kind of attitude when entering an autoparts store, 100% not the case here.

John there is top notch. I’ve always gotten good service there, but today John took it the extra mile. My old truck was needed for an out-of-town emergency, but rain was starting and the wiper blades were completely shot. I called, John answered. Told him I desperately needed wiper blades quick but was clueless on how to do it. He said for me to come, they’ll give me a hand. Got there, he and another employee got me the right pair and we dashed out to my pickup. John did one blade the other guy did the other. I’m sure they can’t do this for everybody but thanks to John seeing my situation he was kind enough to give me the service I desperately needed; I was out on the road in a flash, wipers doing great in the downpour. What a great guy, his co-worker too.

Excellent service! Went in to replace wiper blades and they helped me find the right fit at a good price (plus a good deal on wiper fluid), and installed the blades as well. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and everything went smoothly.
