The staff at this place is great. Tanya is crazy fast and good at her job. Y’all should give her a raise. :) Katie is awesome too. My whole process in the beginning was a big pain in the butt and she was able to solve every issue that arose really efficiently as well. Thanks for making getting my blood drained so easy. Lol

This review is strictly about my own personal experience at Biolife in San Marcos, Ca. Went to BioLife On three separate occasions. The first time I went I passed the preliminary testing which is where they take your vitals, Second it's a vein check passed that one as well, third it's the physical, it had been hot that week so I had hives on my left arm they deferred me, understandable. The second time I went checked in, went to the second step which is checking vitals unfortunately I did not pass that time as my pulse was too high by 10 points so they differed me again. Passed the vein check. Today was the third time, third times a charm right? Nope! I check in they didn't take my vitals this time they did a vein check first and tell me that they can't find my veins, when the other two times they could. I was hydrated all three times, I had a complete meal all three times. What a waste of time and gas. Good luck to those who go and are successful.

I have been donating plasma at this location since November and I have not had a bad experience yet. The moment I walk in the front door, Lisa is always there greeting everyone with a warm welcome. All of the staff are great and super friendly it definitely helps me enjoy going there every week and keeps me coming back. I've always had a positive experience here and I recommend this location to all of my friends because I want them to feel the same way I do while donating plasma.

This place was great. staffing is amazing!!! Sydney was assigned to me and made sure all my questions were answered and was fun to talk with. Good vibes & professional attitudes. Couldn't ask for more. Plus, their machines can pull more that double the amount of plasma per draw when compared to the location in Washington. I'm truly mindblown.

If you received a Covid-19 vaccine, there is not a deferral period to donate plasma as long you feel well and do not have a fever.

You can donate twice every 7 days, but need at least one day in between your two donations. The easiest thing to do is pick two days and donate those same two days each week (every Tuesday and Thursday for example). Please feel free to contact your local center for further information.

A recent tattoo may affect your eligibility to donate for a period of 4 months up to 12 months, depending on the state in which the tattoo was applied. You may be eligible to donate if your tattoos are older. The location of your tattoo may also affect your eligibility.
