Came in to see about getting a quote for vinyl stone flooring. The gentleman at the desk talked to me about the process and I agreed to having them come to my home for measurments. However..since I work 4 10 hour shifts, I am only available Friday Saturdays and Sundays. Apparently they don't do in home measurments on any of those days. I am not sure how they are even operating a business like this. I wonder with most people working mon-fri? Bizarre! Weird thing is he then offered to come to my home himself to measure, but it'll cost me $150. What!? So un professional. Pass on this place, the vibe is off.

We bought new carpet for our home. Tamina helped us find the right carpet and color. She was very professional, answered all our questions and made sure we had their best installer. We expected to have some dings and scratches on the walls, but when our installer was finished we could only find a couple of minor scuffs. We highly recommend SD Flooring Center and Design.

Probably the worst customer service ever! We had countertops installed in October 2017, they looked terrible. Two completely different colors! Took us months to get someone out to our house to “fix it”. Finally got a new slab and nope! Still terrible! I highly do not recommend them.

We were referred by our friends to the SD Flooring Center and Design and These guys did the good job on my flooring and were great to deal with. They arrived on time each day and left the house spotless during the whole process. I had all of my tile and carpet ripped up and brand new flooring installed in one week and I could not be happier. I so appreciate the care given to my home and making sure my dogs were okay during the whole process. Amazing customer service!!
